BIRTHDAY PARTIES, WEDDINGS AND EVENTS

Set up to serve popcorn, root beer, pizzas and ice cream
Licensed as food truck, not licensed for food processing so pizzas are prepared in a commercial kitchen ahead of time, individually wrapped and refrigerated for transportation to event site where they are cooked in the oven on the fire truck. Oven heats up to 450 degrees in about 10 minutes. Cooks three 12” pizzas in 12 minutes or nine at a time in 15 minutes.
Parents love pictures of child in fireman’s hat and coat using a junior sized peel to pull the pizzas out of the oven.
Hose bed has protective railing so kids can climb up on the hose bed after the oven has cooled down.
Cab has bench seat with three seat belts so kids can ride in the cab two at a time, ring the bell and run the siren as they enter their driveway.
