1918 “Liberty Truck” converted WW1 Firetruck (U1006)

This was an ammunition carrier loaned to Europe in WWI. When trucks were returned after the war, ( known as Liberty Trucks), they were refurbished as dump trucks, trash trucks, and fire trucks, and given to municipalities around the country.
