A 2000 Pierce fire truck set up like this one isnt easy to come by. At Fenton Fire we have the privellege of working with a lot of fire departments every day. This Rescue Engine for sale comes from a department we have worked with for over a decade and they are fantastic people. They take care of their apparatus like you rarely see. This engine only has 16000 miles on it and has tons of life left.
From a Rescue Engine perspective this truck is well layed out.From the hose bed at the back with a blitz line preconnected to the cascade system and big generator. Fire wise it has a front suction which I like when operating at a rural fire so that the ponds can be set up infront of the truck for those narrow roads. It’s also equipped with a front trash line that can be handy for operating at smaller fires or even first line in on a structure.
I can’t say enough good thing about this Volunteer Fire Department and the care they have provided this fire truck. It,s low mileage, clean and ready to goto work.
