150 Gallon Demo Skid Unit w/Darley Davey Pump

This unit contains the following features:

• A 150 gallon poly tank OAL of 95" (48" W x 50" L x 17" H) with a 42" pump platform, a 3" bolt-down tab at the front of the tank, and a 6”x6” fill tower with 3" overflow exiting out the bottom of the tank.
• A Darley Davey pump powered by a 13 hp Honda Engine w/12v electric start, Bosworth Hand Primer, Drain-Zit hose for easy engine oil changes, and an attached fuel tank.
• Engine controls mounted on the engine.
• Single gauge mounted on the unit in plain view of the operator.
• 1.5" tank to pump with an overboard suction, two industrial ball valves and 1.5" NH male w/cap & chain.
• 1" tank fill/recirculation line with a 1" industrial ball valve.
• 1.5" direct tank fill with a 1.5" industrial ball valve.  A 1.5" NH female swivel w/plug and chain.
• 1.5" discharge with a 1.5" industrial ball valve, 1.5"NH male w/cap and chain.
• 1" discharge with a 1" industrial ball valve terminating with 1"NH thread w/cap and chain.
• Hose reel with 100' of 1" Kochek Lightweight Booster hose with 1"NH Couplings.
• The booster reel has a single roller assembly oriented to pull towards the rear of the unit and is controlled by a 1" discharge with stainless steel flex line.
• The skid unit is designed to utilize the truck's 12 volt system.  An Anderson connector is provided for easy removal of unit from the vehicle.
• All electrical connections are housed in a weatherproof box.
• A 12 volt LED worklight is mounted in a manner to illuminate the pump platform.
• All plumbing is stainless steel.
