General

This hull is custom designed & manufactured for commercial shallow water operations.  The air chamber system is divided up into 4 areas. The first being the bow section of the hull.  Located forward of the fuel tank bulk head incorporating 100 % of the front under deck bilge area. It is designed to encapsulate the 40-gallon fuel tank in a completely sealed chamber. This is achieved by mechanical thru bulkhead fittings and a clever removable floor section.  Access for equipment and rigging is achieved by thru bulkhead conduits allowing chamber penetration while maintaining air chamber integrity.  Two air chambers straddle the bilge area. This bilge area, is the main rigging area of the craft, it will contain all other rigging components requiring installation below water line, including the motor, pump, and accessory systems. The bilge is the only area below deck that water can accumulate below water line and will be de-watered by multiple bilge pumps. The forth air chamber is the structural motor mount pod integrated into the full width swim deck This bilge area is designed small enough in volume, when completely filled with water, in worst case situation, the apparatus will remain afloat. The bilge depth and design is such that, in worst case scenario, when the bilge area is completely filled with water, inversion will occur, spilling water from the bilge area into the scupper drains, and begins naturally dewatering the deck. It also must be noted that the motor air intake, ignition system will remain above the water line in this situation and continue to operate while mechanical de-watering takes over. The complete work deck is self-draining into scupper vents

INTERIOR FINISH

The interior components of the boat hull shall be completely covered with scorpion commercial liner in the color of grey, including:

- Gunnel tops
- Interior vertical side areas
- Bow compartments
- Swim deck and Motor pod top - Hoses bins

COVERED HELM

The helm shall be forward of the transom and have the following features:
▪ Center mounted, 36" wide, painted arctic white standard
▪ Front Opening, Port and Starboard Side Fixed Tinted DOT 2 safety glass ▪ Hard top cover approximately 60" W x 72" L

▪ Structural ladder system for access of the hard-top cover ▪ Drop down radio compartment
▪ Raised console top for flush mounted electronics

HYDRAULIC BOW GATE

The front door gate shall be powered with marine duel cylinder, duel hydraulic pump operation in the front bow compartments of the boat. The gate clear opening width shall be 58" wide and 52” long. The gate is designed so the door opens above the water line, WITHOUT water entering the boat. The bow gate can also be used as an anchoring device by applying down pressure with the hydraulics and contacting land.

HELM SECURITY COVER

There shall be a security door provided on the helm. The cover will be a ROM roll up fire truck door, to allow for access to operator console. In the up position, it will retract out of the way of the operator. For security purposes, the cover shall be designed to lock in a lowered position. This will secure all mechanical and electronic options installed into the console.

STERN SWIM DECK

There shall be a swim deck provided at the stern. The swim deck shall be approximately 24” long x 72” wide. The Swim deck shall be integrated into the structural motor mount pod, flush with front work deck

SCORPION PROTECTIVE LINER

All horizontal walking and stepping surfaces shall be covered with Scorpion Protective Liner. The polyurethane Non-skid material shall be applied using a spray application, thus providing an even coverage to all areas.

BILGE PUMPS

There shall be two (2) bilge pumps, 1000 gpm each. Both pumps shall be equipped with an electronic float switch to permit Automatic pump activation.
